Digital Product Usage

• Personal Use: Digital products may be used for unlimited personal projects. You may print or use the files as often as you like for personal purposes.

• Commercial Use:

  • Digital products are licensed for use by small, independent businesses (1-2 owners) to create physical or digital end products for sale.

  • No Mass Production: Commercial use is limited to small-scale production. Mass production, defined as 500+ units of a single product, is strictly prohibited.

Ownership and Copyright

• Purchasing a product does not grant ownership of the artwork or copyright.

• All original artwork and copyright remain the property of Yvonne Carson, founder and artist of Art By Vōné, LLC.

• Buyers may not claim, file for, or transfer copyrights on any purchased digital products.

Prohibited Uses

• Reselling, redistributing, or sharing the original digital files in any format is prohibited.

• Digital products may not be used on Print-on-Demand (POD) platforms where the design remains editable by the end customer (e.g., Canva, Zazzle, etc.).

Returns and Refunds

• Due to the digital nature of these products, all sales are final. If you encounter any issues with your files, please contact me, and I’ll be happy to assist.
